Announcing a new district heating project in Poland, valued at €1.3M

We’re excited to announce that SOLID, TIGI’s Austrian subsidiary, is part of the group that won a bid for a district heating project in Gliwice, Poland. SOLID’s part is valued at a €1.3M. The project includes a 17,000 m² solar thermal collector field marking a key step in TIGI’s European growth strategy.

For this project, SOLID partnered with ENSOL, Poland’s (and one of Europe’s) largest solar thermal collector manufacturers. We’re looking forward to participating in additional tenders across Poland in 2025.

This follows TIGI’s recent strategic moves:

– Acquiring 90% of SOLID as a major global execution arm

– Signing a strategic partnership with EREN Industries forming a platform to finance Heat-as-a-Service.
